11 - 15 year old
Holiday Workshops

We are delighted to be holding camps for 11 - 15 year olds for the first time this holiday. We are running these as small groups so that we can go really indepth with students to support them exploring their creativity and ideas. We want these holiday workshops to focus on building skill and confidence. Each day will have an independant project that they will be working on, but we also welcome our teen artists to bring their own ideas or coursework that they might like to work on.

Teens are welcome to listen to music as they work. But in order to create focus and enrich their time we will encourage artists not to be on their phones or devices. 

​

We will be working out of the beautiful DT rooms at Thomas's school. at lunch time students are welcome to stay in the class room or head outside.  We are operating a slightly earlier start time of 10.30 - 3.30pm but if you're child would like to come earlier at 9/9.30 this can be arranged.     Taking inspiration from Carrie Penley we are going to make mixed media animal portraits using papers, inks, paints, pencils. Our Teen Artists will work independently on their own work with direction and support from our talented teachers. Choosing their animal, the size the work on etc.
